This is not just any run, but a run to celebrate 50 years of Sesame Street and Counting! This five-kilometre family fun run caters to all ages, from first timers to seasoned athletes. Join Big Bird, Elmo, and the gang as they kick start the tour in the Philippines. Then the fun continues as the Sesame Street Run travels to Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.
Don’t miss the Sesame Street Giant Birthday cake Blowout before the flag off, special countdown by Count Von Count and get showered with Abby’s Magic Dust before running into a fun-filled 5KM Sesame Street.

The reply from the organiser of this event is very slow. I registered for a group of 5 but only get notification for the change of collection date of race pack for 2 participants, even after I’ve checked my spam box. Till now no reply and I’m flying off tmr. Disappointed.
This is perhaps the worst race I have ever done. No bag drop, very late start, chaotic route poorly sign posted, no Marshal’s on route, accidentally didn’t complete the whole five k as we got lost, waiting for traffic lights constantly, half an hour wait at the end for our medal and then further wait for water. Would strongly advise against

I’ve run many 5Ks and Half Marathons in the past, and was looking forward to my first run experience in Singapore. As you can tell from previous comments, the Sesame Street Run was a complete failure! I have absolutely no interest in running any JustRunLah event because of how disorganised, unsafe, and confusing the Sesame Street Run was. For you company’s reputation’s sake, I would not do anything with Heroes Pte Ltd.
Absolutely no signage during race packet pick up (hour long waits), no info on pre-race specifics, the race started late (obvious from the emcee’s delay tactics), the race did not have “waves” for different run paces, no-one knew which was the 5K or 2K route, the race pathway was narrow (lots of kids with scraped knees at ambulance stations), one tiny water station, and the medal pick up was terribly inefficient.
I could not get out of Our Tampines Hub fast enough! The runner’s for this race had to figure things out on their own. I can’t say it enough, the Sesame Street Run is by far the WORST RUN I have ever participated in. For the first time runners and children, this is a terrible introductory experience for them. This event will definitely turn them off from participating in future running events. Please help restore my faith in using your company and running events in Singapore….

Totally understand that Heroes Pte Ltd. was responsible for this debacle. With JustRunLah’s network and influence, I am hoping that you hold them completely responsible for their poor delivery/false advertising. Heroes Pte Ltd. basically robbed people of their money, put our kids in unsafe conditions, and ruined the 50th Birthday of Sesame Street. Absolutely disgraceful and a loss of the public’s trust. Of course, Heroes Pte Ltd will not respond to the masses, but JustRunLah has the capability to hold them accountable.
I believe what is needed to be said has been said basing on so many negative comments and feedbacks on the Sesame Street Run Singapore facebook page.
5 days has passed since and the service recovery is shockingly lacking.
For the sake of your reputation, I hope there is a thorough investigation by JustRunLah! on this event. And for the time being, I will highly recommend JustRunLah!, NOT TO SELL ANY UPCOMING SESAME STREET RUN EVENTS on your website system and also NOT ENDORSE ANY EVENTS FROM HEROES PTE LTD.
